There are a variety of courses and qualifications available. You will be faced with the task of making many decisions. In addition to the questions and concerns home students have, as an overseas student, you may have special concerns.

Questions you need to ask yourself include:

Do you have the necessary qualifications/entry requirements?
Could you see yourself in a particular location or institution for a few years?
Would you enjoy your time?
Will you be able to settle and concentrate on your studies?
If you have spiritual/religious requirements, could those be met?
Will your choice meet your needs career-wise?
If your English language skills are not adequate, could you receive tuition?

Do not be hasty with your decision. With everyone - not just overseas students - those who choose courses and institutions without thoughtful consideration are more likely to drop out before the completion of their studies.

The cost of accommodation and other living expenses will vary. Look for information from individual institutions you are interested in.
